In a world overflowing with wellness advice, it’s no wonder so many of us feel overwhelmed. Diet trends, expert opinions, and endless “rules” can leave you spinning—unsure what to believe or where to start.
But here’s the truth: wellness isn’t about chasing perfection or following someone else’s blueprint. It’s about reconnecting with your body’s wisdom and discovering what truly nourishes you.
I know this because I’ve been there.
I grew up on the East Coast in the 80s on a steady diet of Pop-Tarts, Velveeta, and Coca-Cola. In college, I became fascinated by the connection between food and health, and soon after embraced vegetarianism—eventually veganism—for nearly two decades. I believed I’d found the “right” way to eat. But after my son was born, challenges with low milk supply and persistent dental issues led me to question everything I thought I knew about nourishment.
Everything shifted when I discovered Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. It opened my eyes to the timeless wisdom of ancestral nutrition—an approach grounded in balance, intention, and deep nourishment. That discovery eventually led me to formal training in holistic nutrition and a new mission: to be the grounded, trustworthy guide I wished I’d had.
Today, I help people cut through the noise and reconnect with their body’s natural intelligence. My work centers on a return to the basics—
Circadian rhythm: aligning with nature’s clock
Cellular hydration: hydrating smarter for energy and clarity
Digestion: starting with the simple act of chewing and listening to your gut
Mindset: reclaiming your mental space and self-compassion
Cycle literacy: working with your natural rhythm, not against it
Simple nutrition and movement: sustainable habits that support real life
Through this work, I’ve come to believe something simple yet profound: healed people will help heal the world.
When we feel nourished, energized, and aligned with ourselves, we create ripple effects that touch our families, communities, and beyond.
If you’re ready to quiet the noise, reconnect with your body, and build a foundation for lasting wellness, I’d love to connect.
